Warranty, delivery and installation

This product carries the manufacturer's 1-year warranty from delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory rights. It is made or shipped to order: we will email an estimated delivery date after you order, and you can cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Delivery is kerbside to mainland UK addresses; assembly and installation are not included.

Please ask us for the rated power before ordering. Depending on the rating, it may need a dedicated circuit installed by a qualified electrician (Part P / BS 7671). Wood-burning stoves and flues must be installed in line with Building Regulations Part J, ideally by a HETAS-registered installer.

Outdoor buildings may need planning permission depending on size and position; check with your local planning authority.

Heat and cold exposure is not suitable for everyone: if you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition or take medication, speak to your GP first. Questions? Email support@teloswellness.co.uk or call +44 7383 567 839.
