What warranty does it come with?

This product carries the manufacturer's 1-year warranty from delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where is it made and how is it delivered?

It is made in China by our OEM manufacturing partner. It is made or shipped to order, so we will email you an estimated delivery date after you order; if it does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Delivery is to the kerbside at mainland UK addresses. Assembly and installation are not included.

What power supply does it need?

Please ask us for the rated power before ordering. Depending on the rating, it may need a dedicated circuit installed by a qualified electrician (Part P / BS 7671).

Is sauna use safe for me?

Heat exposure is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, or take medication, speak to your GP first. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on temperature and session length and see our health and safety notice.
