Terms & Conditions

Last reviewed: May 2026.

These terms govern the supply of saunas, ice baths, plunge tubs, accessories and related services by Telos Studio Ltd (“Telos”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14829076), to consumers and small businesses ordering through teloswellness.co.uk or by telephone with our team. Please read them before placing an order; by placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Our details

Telos Studio Ltd, registered office The Old Mill, High Street, Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, GL54 1BB. VAT number GB 459 218 304. Email support@teloswellness.co.uk. Telephone +44 7383 567 839.

2. Definitions

“Contract” means our contract for the supply of Goods and any Services to you. “Goods” means the products listed in your order. “Services” means white-glove delivery, installation, training and any other service we agree to provide. “Consumer” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Placing an order

Submitting an order through our website is an offer by you to buy the Goods. We will acknowledge your order by email; this is not yet acceptance. The Contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order, or, for cabin orders, when we email confirmation that production has been scheduled. We may refuse an order, for example because the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, the address is outside our delivery area or we suspect fraud. If we refuse we will refund any payment in full.

4. Pricing and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Where finance is offered, the headline price is the cash price; finance cost is shown separately at checkout. Prices may change but the price you pay is the price displayed when you place your order, except where there is an obvious typographical error (for example a missing zero). If we discover such an error we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order for accessories and stocked items. For cabins built to order we take a 50% deposit at order, with the balance due before despatch from our fulfilment warehouse. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Klarna and PayPal Pay in 3 are offered subject to their own credit checks and terms.

6. Delivery and lead times

We currently deliver only to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or international addresses. Indicative lead times are: cabins 6–8 weeks (built to order); portable saunas 2–3 weeks; ice baths and plunge tubs 2–4 weeks; accessories 3–5 working days. Lead times are estimates and not contractual deadlines unless we have agreed a specific deadline in writing. A surcharge of £75 applies to certain Highland and Islands postcodes (IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, ZE) for non-cabin items; cabin delivery to these areas is quoted individually. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Risk and title

Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery to the address you have given us, or on the first attempted delivery if no one is available to receive them. Title in the Goods passes to you when we have received cleared payment in full. Until then we may recover the Goods if you have not paid.

8. Acceptance of delivery

Please inspect deliveries on arrival. Sign for any visible damage as “damaged on arrival” on the courier’s paperwork or photograph the packaging before unwrapping if signing for the consignment electronically. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any missing items or transit damage at support@teloswellness.co.uk. Concealed damage discovered later is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our warranty.

9. White-glove installation

Where you have purchased white-glove installation, our team will assemble the cabin or unit at the location you have agreed with us. You are responsible for ensuring that the access route, base, electrical supply and water supply (where required) meet the specifications we publish before our team arrives. If our team cannot complete the install because the site is not ready, we may charge a re-attendance fee at our published rates. We do not carry out building or electrical works; you should engage a qualified electrician for any final connection that requires it.

10. Warranty

Our cabinetry carries our lifetime structural warranty. Heaters, controls, pumps and chillers carry a five-year manufacturer warranty. Consumables (filters, ozone bulbs, sanitiser dosers) carry a one-year warranty from despatch. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and is non-transferable. Full warranty terms are supplied with the product.

11. Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer you may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the Goods. We also offer a 60-night home trial on selected products. The full procedure, what is and is not refundable, and the timescales for refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Faulty goods are dealt with under the remedy hierarchy in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Use of products

Saunas and ice baths involve heat and cold exposure that is not appropriate for everyone. You confirm that you have read the safety information supplied with the product and that you will not use it in breach of those instructions. Please also see our Disclaimer.

13. Our liability to you

If we cause loss or damage to your property because of our negligence or breach of contract, we will be responsible. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses (where you are buying outside the course of a trade, business, craft or profession).

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including timber supply disruption, severe weather, transport failures, industrial action, fire, flood, public health emergencies and acts of any government or regulator. Where such an event occurs we will notify you and offer a revised delivery date or a refund.

15. Intellectual property

All content on teloswellness.co.uk — including photography, copy, illustrations, the Telos name and any wordmarks — is owned by or licensed to Telos Studio Ltd. You may not copy, republish, frame or commercially exploit our content without our written consent. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted.

16. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Our procedure and response times are set out in our Complaints Policy. If we cannot resolve a complaint with you, you may also have a right to refer it to alternative dispute resolution, to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer service (0808 223 1133), or to the courts.

17. Severability

If any clause of these terms is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force. The unenforceable clause will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

18. Variation

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you place the order. We will keep earlier versions on file and provide a copy on request.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your Contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
