What warranty does it come with?

This product carries the manufacturer's 1-year warranty from delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where is it made and how is it delivered?

It is made in Guangdong, China by our OEM manufacturing partner. It is made or shipped to order, so we will email you an estimated delivery date after you order; if it does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Delivery is to the kerbside at mainland UK addresses. Assembly and installation are not included.

What power supply does it need?

This unit is rated at about 6 kW, which is more than a standard 13A socket can safely supply. It needs a dedicated circuit installed by a qualified electrician (Part P / BS 7671). Please have an electrician confirm your supply before ordering.

Do I need planning permission?

Many garden buildings fall under permitted development, but rules depend on size, height, position and whether your property is listed or in a conservation area. Check with your local planning authority before ordering.

Is sauna use safe for me?
