One of the team — Chris, Jake, Sophie or Niamh — answers the phone. We talk through your space, your routine, your budget. We tell you what we'd recommend, and what we wouldn't. We send you a written summary afterwards. We don't sign you up to anything, and we don't put you on a list.

Roughly fifteen minutes — sometimes thirty if it helps.
We answer phone or video, whichever you prefer.
If we don't have the right thing, we'll say so.
Free, with no follow-up unless you want one.
